The RADA Deputy Probation Officer is a member of both the West Contra Costa County Narcotics Enforcement Team (WestNET) and the Central Contra Costa County Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET). The deputy provides intensive supervision and drug testing of serious adult drug offenders to detect and deter drug-using behavior.

He/she works as a liaison with law enforcement to assist in surveillance, searches, and the identification and apprehension of drugs or drug related violators. The deputy compiles and maintains monthly and quarterly statistics for the RADA grant program.
