The appeal period is ten calendar days from the date of the decision of the hearing body. All appeals of decisions of hearing bodies must be submitted prior to 5:00 pm on the last day of the appeal period (or 4:00 p.m. if the last day of the appeal period is on a Friday) to the Community Development Department counter staff at:

If the tenth day falls on a holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, the next working day will be treated as the final day of the appeal period.
