Community Based Project Funding Request Proposals & Applications The following twelve (12) Community Based Project Funding Request Proposals & Applications were submitted by the 5:00pm deadline on April 24, 2012, however some of these submittals did not meet all of the submittal requirements and therefore are potentially ineligible for funding. The Communty Based Project Subcommittee is scheduled to meet on May 7, 2012 to discuss recommendations related to these Funding Request Submittals. The Subcommittee's recommendations are expected to be considered by the full North Richmond Mitigation Fee Joint Expenditure Planning Committee at their meeting scheduled for June 1, 2012.
