The Engineering Services Division, Special Districts Section solicits for three types of contracts: professional services, janitorial services and landscape maintenance. Professional services include Landscape Architecture, Facility Coordination and other specialized services. Janitorial services are contracted for the three facilities that the County maintains: Lefty Gomez Community Center, Rodeo Community Center and the Livorna Park restrooms. The landscape maintenance contracts are located in San Pablo and Rodeo. All of our contracts are re-solicited every three years.
