If you currently have an active case with the Department of Child Support Services, the Family Law Facilitator, an attorney of the Court who provides limited free legal assistance, is available in our office Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
No appointment is necessary.
Open a child support case using TurboCourt. TurboCourt guides you through the child support application, completes and (optionally) electronically submits your forms, and keeps you informed of your case's progress.
Customer Connect is a self-service automated system designed to answer your child support questions and provide specific case information, 24 hours a day. Have your social security number or participant ID and your personal identification number (PIN) ready.
