Payments and Convenience Fees

Office Payments

Payment types accepted in the office are checks and cash.

Credit cards and debit cards are accepted for Building permit fees only. Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard symbol are processed as a credit card.

**Please Note** Effective September 15, 2014, all credit card and debit card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee of the total amount charged with a $1.00 minimum. The convenience fee is charged by our third party payment processor, Official Payments Corporation and are non-refundable. The convenience fee covers the cost of processing the transaction.

Online Payments 

Online payments can be made for Building permit applications using a credit card, debit card (with Visa or MasterCard symbol) or electronic check (E-check) on our ePermit Center website.

Credit card types accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

E-check payments are subject to a $3.00 convenience fee for payment amounts of less than $10,000 and a $15.00 convenience fee for payments over $10,001. The convenience fee is non-refundable.
